This smoothie is something I came up with because I was trying not only to cool off but also to sneak in extra cups of red raspberry leaf tea so I didn't have to drink so many and it worked perfectly. So let's get started making the smoothie.

Ingredients:
1/3 cup frozen raspberries
1/3 cup frozen strawberries
1/3 cup frozen blueberries*
1/2 cup of your favorite yogurt (I used regular vanilla yogurt)
1 cup (8oz) of red raspberry leaf tea that has steeped at least 10 minutes
*(If it is too thin i will add more blueberries because it makes the smoothie turn more purple which is my favorite color and they are tasty.)
Now that you have all of the ingredients together you just add in all of your berries and your yogurt and half of the tea and turn on the blender to get things started. Then slowly start adding more using the little pour area on the lid (you know that little plastic piece that comes off the lid right in the center) until you have added in all of the tea. Now just run the blender until everything is incorporated. If the smoothie looks a little too thin add in some more of your favorite frozen fruit a little at a time to thicken it up.If you would like to see a video demonstration of this recipe click here to head over to my YouTube channel.
This smoothie is easy to make and works great for breakfast or as a sweet treat that won't ruin your healthy eating efforts. Let me know if you make this smoothie in the comment section below. Enjoy.
